Apartment Details

Our duplex apartment is for holiday rental this year for the first time.  For the last 2 years it has been our main home so is extremely well maintained, furnished and equipped. It is  idyllically  located in the foothills of the Taurus mountains above the beautiful seaside village of Kalkan and therefore has the advantages of being peaceful with spectacular views and cooling sea breezes.

 The apartment is very spacious – at least as large as most 2 bedroomed villas and is decorated and furnished in a contemporary but comfortable style – light and airy.  The open plan living area is on the first floor and has 3 balconies, the largest of which has a table and chairs for dining whilst overlooking Kalkan bay and the islands beyond.  There is satellite TV and a CD/DVD player.  Also a variety of CDs, DVDs and novels.  The kitchen is equipped with a full cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a range of small electrical appliances.  There is a cloakroom on this floor

On the ground floor there is a shower room and 2 bedrooms – one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds.   Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and overlook a patio and mature garden.  The main bedroom has patio doors leading onto the patio. 

 All rooms have air conditioning/heating and mosquito nets at the windows.

 The living area opens onto the large swimming pool and it’s spacious terrace which has lots of space for sunbeds and umbrellas that are provided with the apartment.  The pool and gardens are serviced daily.  There are only 4 properties on the development sharing the pool and the beautiful mature gardens – each with its own private entrance. You will have a real feeling of privacy here.

 A barbeque, dining table and chairs and comfortable seating are in the ground floor garden area which also has decorative lighting.

 A comprehensive welcome pack is provided to tide you over until you can get to the shops and if you wish extra items can be bought in advance of your arrival and charged at cost only. 

 The owner, who lives locally, will meet you either on arrival or the next day at a time to suit you and is available 24 hours during your stay.  We also have an English speaking agent in the village.  A mobile phone is provided for you to make local calls. 

The apartment is cleaned weekly and linen changed weekly.  Additional cleaning is available at an additional charge.
