Dalaman is the nearest airport to Kalkan with Antalya second nearest. There are regular flights from all British airports to both and below are links to some of the airlines that fly.

Transfers
Transfer times are approximately an hour and a half to Dalaman and three hours to Antalya. There are 4 options for transfers:
Firstly – book a return transfer only which will cost you approximately £110 to to Dalaman and £150 to Antalya
Secondly – hire a car from the airport for your holiday and drive yourself, keeping the car for the entire holiday. Costs for car hire start at approximately £22 per day
Thirdly – some of the car hire businesses in Kalkan offer a service where you hire the car for the length of your holiday and for a small extra amount they provide a driver for your transfers to and from the airport.

The fourth option is a longer journey time but much cheaper if there is only one or two people travelling. Transfers4U transfer by bus and car from Dalaman. If you fly with Thomas Cook they provide this option on their website.
Car Hire
Below are links to some of the car hire providers in Kalkan. Abi Travel are our agents so will provide you with an excellent service. However we can find out the best deal for your requirements and book it for you. It is an advantage to have a car for some of your holiday in order to visit some of places of interest in the area. However, there are both organised trips and local buses to most of the popular places. If you do decide to hire a car we recommend that you book it in advance for July and August. In 2009 there was a shortage of cars. Again we can organise car hire for you.
