Changeover day is normally Monday but we can be flexible on this.
Payment
We require a deposit of 25% in order to reserve the apartment and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. In addition, when paying the remainder we require a cheque for £250 as a damage deposit. That will be destroyed after your departure unless there is major damage.
